Account Registration and Eligibility
To create an account on 2999db, all of the following conditions must be met. 2999db reserves the right to permanently close an account if false information is provided.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy
All financial transactions on the 2999db platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following financial terms apply to all users.
Minimum Deposit
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳200. No deposit below this amount will be accepted.
Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount for all payment methods is ৳500. Withdrawal processing generally takes 10 to 45 minutes.
Accepted Payment Methods

Third-Party Payments
Deposits or withdrawals from another person's account are strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be suspended.
Bonus and Promotional Terms
All bonus offers from 2999db are provided under the terms described below. By accepting a bonus, you will be considered to have agreed to these terms.
- 01 Welcome Bonus: 120% bonus on the first deposit up to ৳8,000. Example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200.
- 02 To make the bonus withdrawable, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed.
- 03 Each user may use each promotional offer only once. Claiming multiple bonuses from the same household or the same IP address is prohibited.
- 04 2999db reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time. An effort will be made to give prior notice of any changes.
- 05 Winnings earned using bonus funds may not be withdrawn before the wagering requirement has been met.
- 06 If bonus misuse, manipulation or fraudulent activity is suspected, 2999db reserves the right to cancel the bonus and investigate the account.
- 07 Each bonus offer may have a specific expiry period. If the wagering requirement is not met within the set time, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
VIP Program and Cashback Policy
The 2999db VIP program has four tiers. Special benefits and weekly cashback are provided at each tier.
Bronze
Weekly cashback of up to 0.2%. The first tier of the VIP journey.
Silver
Weekly cashback of up to 0.5%. Enhanced benefits and priority support.
Gold
Weekly cashback of up to 0.8%. Exclusive offers and a dedicated account manager.
Platinum
Weekly cashback of up to 1.0%. The highest level of benefits and top priority.
Fair Play and Platform Security
2999db is committed to ensuring a safe and transparent gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure if violated.
- 01 Any form of fraud, manipulation or system abuse. This includes the use of bots, automated software and attempts to control game outcomes.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain fully in effect.
- 01 These terms represent the entire agreement between 2999db and the user and supersede all prior oral or written understandings.
- 02 2999db's failure to exercise any right under these terms shall not be considered a waiver of that right.
- 03 2999db may assign its rights and obligations under these terms to a third party without prior consent. The user may not transfer their account or rights.
- 04 These terms are written in Bengali. In the case of any translation, the Bengali version shall be considered final.
